FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY TRANSPORT:

After eight days we decline any kind of responsibility for breakages / anomalies / missing items and for any returns (even for absences or incorrect addresses), the cost will be borne by the recipient.

We do not accept complaints for failures or breakages due to incorrect use or assembly of the article.
Once the actual anomaly / breakage has been ascertained the shipment of a replacement product or component depending on whether the problem concerns the complete product or only a part of it.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs by courier are calculated based on the weight and size of the box used to ensure safe packaging for such delicate goods. The price range starts from € 12.00 up to € 21.00 for boxes with dimensions less than 180 cm (sum of three sides). For boxes with dimensions 60x60x60 cm or larger the price is from € 25.00 to € 36.00 throughout the Italian Peninsula (with very rare exceptions where the courier does not deliver for any disadvantaged areas).
For shipments outside the Italian territory, the costs will be calculated at the moment, based on the destination and the characteristics of the goods.

In the case of purchase by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after payment of your order.
