Cristalleria Moleria La Grotta del Cristallo, for orders placed through the site, accepts payments only by bank transfer and PayPal for credit and prepaid cards.
- In case of purchase with bank transfer , the Customer is requested to make the payment only after receiving an email from us notifying the time needed in the find the products you have ordered. This communication will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. To speed up the order processing it is essential that the Customer indicates in the reason for the transfer:

- the date the order was placed
- name and surname of the order holder
- In case of purchase in cash on delivery , as clearly highlighted in the choice of payment method, you will pay upon delivery of the goods the amount due plus € 8.00 for cash on delivery charges.
